Welcome to the Zandercraft Better Vanilla Server!

This server was originally created as an SMP concept for a new survival series on ZandercraftGames' livestreams, later developing into a full public SMP server, running 24/7. The goal is to produce a server that stays true to vanilla Minecraft's survival concepts by adding features that just make sense in order to enhance gameplay. The changes we've implemented do not break Minecraft's vanilla survival feel, but instead, enhance it through additions of concepts from real life as well as some more interesting additions that add extra difficulty to the game.

How to connect and play on this server?

1. You must have the game version 1.17.1 installed.
   How to check? At startup, the game version will be displayed on the right, at the bottom. If it is a different version, you should change the current profile (left, bottom) and select version 1.17.1
2. Click the PLAY button, wait for the Minecraft game to load.
3. Choose: Multiplayer
4. Click the button "Direct connect", or if you want to keep the server in its list, press the button "Add server"
5. In the field "Server address" write: mc.zandercraft.ca (click to copy)
