Sector17 is a community-based 18+ SMP server. Our community has dedicated hardware. We try and focus a lot on building a trusted and fun community that requires little admin interference. It's a great place to come and grow with the amazing people we have building and helping each other.

Rules

This server is WHITELIST ONLY. If you would like to get whitelisted, make a post in #contact-staff including your age, IGN, where you heard about us, and why you would like to join.
- Don't be a dick: insults, excessive profanity/slurs, or anything intended to do nothing more than ruffle people's feathers is frowned upon, and will result in staff intervention
- No griefing: If you didn't build it, you can't destroy it. There are exceptions to this, but don't destroy any structures built by other players
- DON'T TAKE STUFF THAT ISN'T YOURS. Even if the base has been abandoned for months. This server is built on community trust, and we are trying to foster a trusting environment.
(This INCLUDES the shopping district. If an item's price isn't clearly marked, DO NOT TAKE IT, contact the owner to clarify pricing. DON'T ASSUME PRICES)
- We are officially a 18+ server. There will be no exceptions except for those who are already grandfathered in.
- Do not spend an unreasonable amount of time arguing with staff over admin intervention, or a lack thereof. Admin intervention is rare on this server, and only happens with good reason.
- Lying to staff will result in a ban.

How to connect and play on this server?

1. You must have the game version 1.18.2 installed.
   How to check? At startup, the game version will be displayed on the right, at the bottom. If it is a different version, you should change the current profile (left, bottom) and select version 1.18.2
2. Click the PLAY button, wait for the Minecraft game to load.
3. Choose: Multiplayer
4. Click the button "Direct connect", or if you want to keep the server in its list, press the button "Add server"
5. In the field "Server address" write: sector17.xyz (click to copy)
