Zeland Welcomes You

Hello! Zeland is my personal Survival world that I've decided to open up to the public. Feel free to pop in, say hello and look around. If you like what you see and want to settle down and play, I'd love to have you long term. My only ask is that you are respectful and don't leave messes.
As a protection against griefing, I back up the server regularly.

Difficulty: As Hard as it gets.

What makes Zeland unique?
- Large Biomes with Generated Structures 10x more rare. No free handouts in this world. If you want it, you have to earn it. (Strongholds, Dungeons, Nether, and End remain unchanged)
- Wandering Traders and Pillager Patrols are disabled.
- In this world, Blue + Yellow = Green, Black can also come from Coal/Charcoal, and Brown can be made by rusting Iron.
- PvP allowed, but must follow rules of war.

My underlying goal is to create a world with various awesome builds, an economy, and to share it with other players. I've come a long ways, but there's still a lot more to do and I could use some help! I can provide you with the things you need to jumpstart your life for a reasonable price. If you are looking for a tough challenge, some fun friends, and to build cool things in survival, then congrats because you've just found your new home.

Disclaimer:
I've played Minecraft for a number of years and have developed some philosophies that some players may find too difficult to live by. Just consider this a new challenge.
1) Villagers are meant to emulate people. Exploiting them for farms is evil and is slavery. I don't believe in slavery. Villagers have the right to free movement, a safe place to sleep, to work, and to be happy. Yes. Villagers can be happy if you allow them to be.
2) Animals, while not Villagers, are also living creatures and should be treated as such. They deserve space to live, and a quick death when the time comes.
3) TNT duping is a glitch, is witchery, and is wrong.
4) AFK Farming is stupid. Might as well type in cheats and save yourself some computer power if that's how you want to play.
5) Causing server lag is selfish and every attempt should be made to fix it.
