My fiancé's 6 year old son recently decided he wanted to play Minecraft. So, I set out to learn the game so I could help teach him how to play. After that, I decided since I already ran other game servers, I would create a server for him and his friends to play on. With all that knowledge, it only made sense to try my hand at a server for a wider population to play on. This is that server. There is no pay to win here and never will be. This is designed to be challenging, but also with some Quality of Life things to make your experience whatever you want it to be. None of the added features must be used and the server is largely vanilla otherwise.

[​Basic Server Settings]
Java and Bedrock compatible.
Hard mode.
Mostly vanilla.
Able to play either PVE, PVP, or switch between them with a cooldown between PVP and PVE.
No inventory drop while in PVE mode.
Inventory drop while in PVP mode.
Able to set, grow, and administer a claim to prevent being griefed.
Available claim area grows directly through playtime.
Can also increase available claim area by purchasing more blocks.
Server currency (pennigar - ancient nordic metal weight based currency)
Earned by play time.
Earned by mining, killing mobs, crafting, building, cutting wood, brewing, farming, digging, etc. Most everything.
Directly trading with players. There will not be player shops.
Voting.
Earn Reward Crate keys through this same mechanism at various intervals.
Can be used at admin sign shops to buy many different things with more stuff coming.
Teleportation:
Player to player teleporting.
Teleporting to one's own homes (number based on rank).
Able to teleport to last death location.
Examples of some QoL changes
Quicker tree felling (chop one, up to 30 connected can break). Still uses the same amount of durability as manually breaking each block.
Gravity and TNT duping re-enabled. Duping of TNT, gravel, and sand only is allowed. All other duping is forbidden.
Able to use a command to access Enderchest.
Able to send a private message and mails to other players.
Able to edit signs IF holding another sign and right clicking on the sign.
Able to use some stair blocks as chairs.
More mobs drop their heads to collect.
Can make collapsing/hiding bridges and doors using signs.
Can use craftbook IC's 1219, 1234, 1235, 1238, 1239, 1421.

Regeln

1 No [hateful, abusive, foul or overtly sexual speech] in public chats, on signs, or name tags.
2 No use of [Exploits] with the exception of TNT, sand, and gravel duping.
3 No hacked/cheat clients.
4 [No lag machines] Normal redstone is okay. For large projects, discuss with staff first.
5 No massive player trading halls or villager breeding operations. Use in farms is acceptable.
6 No active or threatening to [Dox, DDOS, etc] another player or the server.
7 No griefing players or the world.
8 Keep PVP fun and remember to use "/pvplist" to find pvp enabled players.
