Don't ask a child to do the job of a SysAdmin/Mod
You probably can't code a single .jar without looking up a tutorial on how to do it.
Learn the difference between a ALT and Multiple people playing from the same network (and in doing so sharing the same public ip)
Before even trying to act like a SysAdmin/Mod

Rules of the server state that you need to be +18 to be on the server
3/4 of the people on that server aren't +18
Most mods aren't +18
Learn to follow your own set rules before trying to push them on others
